Example - Normally the Plant Engineer will identify a problem. In some cases, a formal drawing
is done. We take the drawing, quote the work, and, if accepted, complete the task. In
many other cases, the problem does not warrant that level of effort. The needed work
may be sketched out and faxed to us. In other cases, one of our engineers will travel
to the customer site to review the problem and suggest a solution.
