PROJECT SIZE AND SCOPE

Rome Machine focuses on projects in the price range of $10,000 to $2,500,000. Our typical automation project time cycle from receipt of order to shipment or delivery is six weeks to 2 years.

Our business approach is to concentrate our efforts on the portions of a project that we do well, and to utilize qualified sub-contractors who have demonstrated the ability to supply quality components at a competitive price level with delivery times that enable us to meet our projected project timetable.

We provide in our facility the capability for design, fabrication, assembly test and checkout of the automation equipment. We also provide the after-delivery support.

DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY

Our company is very competitive when there is a high degree of design or engineering content in the project work scope. We are an engineering and custom metal fabrication company.

We have significant experience in developing new processes and manufacturing methods where custom machinery and processes are required.

CUSTOMER AREA SERVED

While our customer base is primarily a regional one, we have the capability to transmit CAD drawing files and graphic images via the internet, both nationally and internationally to our customers.
